Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return only in case of damaged or defective items.


To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item (along with the unboxing video), we’ll notify you of the refund status.

If approved, we will issue a store credit, which will be added to your account and can be used for any product of your choice on our website — not necessarily the same item.

This ensures a faster and easier shopping experience when placing your next order.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund process to complete.

Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund if applicable.
